I am an ex-head teacher who has decided to use expertise gained leading a mixed comprehensive school in North London and in supporting schools across the country. My school was judged outstanding by Ofsted in 2008.
I have worked as a consultant leader with schools in London, Bristol, and elsewhere.
My own school moved from 25% 5+A*-C at GCSE to 61%, in five years WITH the same intake profile of students. I have the data to show that the profile was constant.
Value added was consistently high; in the top 10% of CVA nationally.
KS2 to KS4 was at 1028.7 in 2008.
Exam results rose and CVA rose and the intake remained constant.
How did I do this?

Many of my leaders in school were appointed their role before they were ready to take on the post. Their success was through training which made them outstanding.
